Shipping methods and shipping costs
Our shipments are made by Express Courier. When shipments are made by express courier, following the departure of the ordered products, the customer will receive by e-mail the shipping number (tracking number) with which he can track and trace the shipment in real time. This information will be sent directly by the courier to guarantee the customer 100% of the service. The goods are packaged and delivered to the courier within the times and conditions indicated above or specified on each product sheet. The delivery time is indicated on your user panel within each order form. The number of days required for delivery is absolutely to be considered only for working days. When the order is entrusted to the courier delivery times vary from 1 to 2 working days (islands and disadvantaged areas are excluded). The aforementioned delivery times are however indicative and may vary due to factors not due to our will (bad weather, strikes, ...). If cash on delivery, the courier is responsible for collecting the amount due before delivery of the package. In case of absence, the courier can leave a notice or attempt delivery at other times, after which the goods will be placed in storage at the relevant office for a few more days. In case of collection at their headquarters, there are generally no additional costs. We advise the customer upon delivery of the goods to verify that the number of packages corresponds to that indicated on the transport document and that the packaging is intact and does not show any damage or obvious alterations. In the event of discrepancies, damage or obvious alterations, immediately challenge these circumstances to the person in charge of delivery, placing the words "RECEIVED WITH RESERVE - damaged package" on the document to be signed. Only in this way will it be possible to attribute to the courier any damage resulting from transport after delivery, otherwise the package is considered delivered correctly.
